The 15th annual Ironstone Concours d'Elegance was held September 25, 2010
at the Ironstone Winery south of Murphy's California in the Sierra foothills/gold
country.
Entries included a broad selection of the beautiful and elegant high-performance
automobiles known as Chrysler 300's plus the usual array of over 300 Pierce-
Arrows, Packards, Lincolns, Cadillacs, T-Birds, Corvettes, Rolls Royces, Model T's
and A's, flatty Fords, English sporty cars, Hudsons, Woodys, Porsches, Mercedes
Benz' & etc.
The Chrysler 300's drew admiring crowds of knowledgeable, sophisticated and
appreciative car aficionados all day long. The cars were judged on their intrinsic
elegance rather than their degree of perfection.
Chrysler 300's were featured as a special marque for the show, were placed in a
class with Cadillac Eldorados and swept all three awards in the class.
Six of the Chryslers belonged to California members of both Chrysler 300 Clubs
with the seventh car belonging to a former member of the Chrysler 300 Club, Inc.
The nice group of Chrysler 300's and their owners included:
